Internship Overview We are looking for a Relocation Assistant Intern, located in either: Serbia, Georgia or Armenia, to support our relocation department. While our recruiters find the jobs, our relocation team ensures that the transition to Germany is seamless. You will assist specialists and their families in navigating the "bureaucratic bridge" between their home country and their new life in Germany. No prior relocation experience is required, you will receive onboarding and training on German immigration laws and procedures. What You’ll Learn & Work On Visa Application Support: Assist in preparing document sets for national visas (D), such as the EU Blue Card, Opportunity Card, and Family Reunion Visa. Document Verification: Review and verify clients’ documents (diplomas, job contracts, marriage certificates) to ensure they meet requirements set by German embassies and consulates. Appointment Management: Coordinate and book appointments at German Diplomatic Missions around the world and German immigration offices. Communication: Draft clear, professional instructions for clients and write professional emails to German authorities. Research: Track updates in German immigration laws and specific local requirements in different German cities. Please read the requirements carefully before applying.
