Requirements Sourcing Pro: You have a solid grasp of (or a massive desire to master) platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Naukri, and other modern sourcing engines. Networking Ninja: You don't just "find" people; you know how to build a network and leverage mutual connections to get to top-tier talent. AI-First Mindset: You aren't just using ChatGPT for emails. You understand how to use AI agents to automate workflows, build custom scrapers, or use AI-driven screening tools to speed up the hiring funnel. Tech-Savvy: You are a quick study with new software (ATS, CRM, automation tools) and enjoy finding "hacks" to make processes more efficient. Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation completed. Infrastructure: A reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a professional remote-work setup are non-negotiable. Logistics Duration: 6 Months. Stipend: ₹20,000 per month. Location: 100% Remote. \n
