Job Summary
The Intern will report directly to, and will support, the General Counsel, with
a focus on contract administration, document management, and basic legal
administration. This role is designed for a college student with no prior legal
experience who is interested in corporate law, contracts, and the travel
management industry.
Essential Responsibilities
* Assist with contract lifecycle management, including organizing, tracking,
and maintaining agreements (e.g. vendor, client contracts)
* Review contracts for basic administrative elements (dates, signatures,
completeness)
* Help prepare documentation
* Conduct light research with guidance
* Organize and maintain files
* Assist with compliance tracking
* Perform other general administrative support for the General Counsel and
department
Required Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a college/university program for Bachelor's degree in
business or related field
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred Skills & Certifications
* Interest in pursuing law school or legal-related career
* Coursework in business, law, or finance
