About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our instructor hiring efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent sourcing in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS
Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth interview experience
Support the team in closing positions within defined timelines
Eligibility
Recent graduates (any discipline; however, technical backgrounds are preferred)
Prior internship/experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
