Job Description This is a remote temporary role, for Summer 2026 and running approximately through the end of August. General Duties: Attend calls with insureds to understand the landscape of cyber insurance loss mitigation services, such as onboarding calls, CYBEReady calls, workshops, privacy discussions, cyber tabletops, and more. Assist with gathering data, running scans, interpreting results, and sending updates to the underwriting team alongside a cyber solutions team member to gain valuable insights into risk identification and qualification. Assist with emails helping to review questions and work with a cyber solutions team member to determine the best response. Gather and analyze threat intel for team updates. Participate in claims discussions to understand the claims and incident response process and vendor landscape. Utilize multiple C&F applications and systems to organize data for project execution. Help with data tracking and analysis. Support manual processes and administrative tasks to free up technical team members for higher priority work. Complete a cyber solutions intern capstone project. Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $22 to a maximum of $25 per hour. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
