SAIC is seeking an enthusiastic and analytical HR Intern to join our Human Resources Talent COE team for Summer 2026. This role supports the Talent COE by assisting with data collection and analysis to support decision-making across key HR processes and initiatives. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources to learn about human capital processes and develop analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: 1.    Talent Planning •    Collect and codify talent data to inform strategic decisions, inform talent and succession planning processes, and improve talent outcomes •    Collaborate on talent planning materials for key talent planning forums 2.    Workforce Transformation •    Support workforce transformation initiatives to align business, organizational and talent strategies •    Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to shape recommendations to foster internal mobility and career growth 3.    Process Improvement •    Collaborate with cross functional partners to support initiatives to enhance the employee experience, amplify talent development offerings, and optimize operational performance •    Research HR trends and benchmark data to inform program recommendations   SAIC® [http://www.saic.com/] is a premier Fortune 500® mission integrator focused on advancing the power of technology and innovation to serve and protect our world.
