Key Responsibilities Assist with ad hoc Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) projects and reporting Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections activities Assist with daily cash application processes and reconciliation activities Support client billing functions and related financial documentation Assist with contract activation processes and tracking Provide ad hoc support for finance-related system integrations and process improvements Assist with position management clean-up activities in Workday to ensure alignment with budgeted headcount Compile, organize, and analyze financial data for leadership review Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, and other internal teams Perform additional administrative and finance-related duties as assigned Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in healthcare finance and revenue cycle operations Exposure to FP&A, AR, billing, and financial systems processes Opportunity to work alongside experienced finance professionals Professional development and real-world business experience within a growing healthcare services organization Savista is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The hourly range for this role is from $20.00/hr. However, specific compensation for the role will vary within the above range based on many factors including but not limited to geographic location, candidate experience, applicable certifications, and skills.
