What You Will Do * This summer internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) while developing essential skills in project management, leadership, networking, and communication. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in IAM-related initiatives, and engage in professional development activities designed to enhance their leadership potential. What You Will Learn Project Management Exposure: Gain hands-on experience working on real IAM (Identity and Access Management) projects using agile methodologies. Leadership Development: Engage in mentorship opportunities, participate in training sessions, and contribute to leadership discussions. Networking & Communication: Attend team meetings, collaborate across functional teams, and participate in networking events to build professional relationships. Qualifications You Must Have Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident). Strong communication skills. Knowledge of Planview and Agile methodologies. Qualifications We Prefer A solid understanding of computer science principles. If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
