Each intern is assigned a capstone project tied to real business priorities and works closely with experienced leaders, high-potential mentors, and cross-functional teams.  This program is intentionally designed to:  * Deliver measurable business impact * Provide exposure to industrial manufacturing and safety solution * Develop professional and leadership skills * Create a pipeline into future full-time and leadership development opportunities at Justrite Safety Group  Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles or future leadership development programs upon graduation.  Position Summary  The Ecommerce Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs.
