AI Business Operations Intern (Remote)

The Role FocusKPI is an AI/ML consulting team helping companies design and build custom AI agent solutions. We're looking for a full-time Business Operations Intern to jump into the work — running outreach campaigns, following up with leads, and keeping our client relationships strong. No heavy experience required. What matters is that you're curious, fast-moving, and genuinely excited about AI. You'll be doing real work — writing real emails, running real campaigns, and talking to real clients. What You'll Actually Do Run email outreach campaigns — sequences, follow-ups, and responses to prospects Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other channels (posts, newsletters, updates) Own all follow-ups — no lead goes cold, no client feels ignored Maintain client relationship touchpoints — check-ins, recaps, status updates Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever works) to speed up copy, research, and workflows What We're Looking For You actually use AI in your daily work — real shortcuts that save you real time You have a basic understanding of AI agents — you don't need to build them, but you should know what they are and how they're being used You launch, see what's working, and adjust fast — you don't overthink before taking action Organized and proactive — you follow up without being told Clear communicator in English College student or recent grad — hunger and curiosity matter more than credentials or years of experience What You'll Get Paid internship experience (full-time) Real exposure to AI consulting projects and live client work Front-row seat to how AI agents are actually being built and deployed across industries Direct mentorship from a fast-moving team Screening Questions Please include your answers to both questions in your application: 1.
