Our Core Values are: Innovation, Experience, Excellence, Partnership, Balance, Integrity, Diversity, & Gratitude WHAT TO EXPECT Build your career with a vibrant technology company Be challenged and work in a collaborative team environment Look forward to a competitive salary and medical benefits ABOUT THE ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign & Marketing Support Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns Support lead generation initiatives and business development efforts Coordinate marketing schedules and timelines Prepare marketing presentations and sales collateral Content Creation & Brand Management Draft and edit content for newsletters, blogs, and social media Source and edit images, graphics, and video content Ensure brand consistency across all channels Digital Marketing & Analytics Manage and schedule social media content Monitor engagement and respond to interactions Track campaign performance and assist with reporting Support website content updates Event & Campaign Coordination Assist in organizing webinars, conferences, and trade shows Coordinate with vendors and partners Support campaign logistics Administrative Support Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems Assist with budget tracking and invoices Provide general administrative support QUALIFICATIONS Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding Familiarity with social media platforms Experience with tools like MailChimp or Salesforce is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Strong communication skills Creative and detail-oriented Organized with strong time management Analytical mindset Self-starter with a collaborative attitude Business Unit: RBRO Scheduled Weekly Hours: 37.5 Number of Openings Available: 1 Worker Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) More About Jonas Software: Jonas Software is a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, serving a wide range of vertical markets including hospitality, healthcare, construction, education, personal care, fitness, leisure, moving and legal services, to name a few.
