INTRODUCTION ABC Fitness is seeking entry-level Design Interns to join our Marketing team for an 8-week internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in brand execution, presentation design, and visual systems within a global SaaS organization. As a Design Intern, you will work directly on high-impact projects — including developing PowerPoint templates using our newly launched brand style guide — helping drive visual consistency and brand excellence across the organization. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to build real portfolio work while collaborating with experienced marketing and brand leaders. WHAT YOU’LL DO Presentation Design & Templates Support the development and refinement of PowerPoint templates aligned to ABC’s new brand style guide Create reusable slide components, layouts, and master slides Help standardize visual elements across decks to ensure brand consistency Brand Execution Apply brand guidelines to internal and external materials Assist in updating legacy assets to reflect updated design standards Ensure visual consistency across marketing touchpoints Design Production Support Create and edit marketing materials including digital assets, internal presentations, and campaign visuals Resize, adapt, and version creative assets for different channels Collaboration & Feedback Work closely with marketing and brand stakeholders to iterate on designs Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and efficiently Participate in creative reviews and team discussions Learning & Research Stay current on design trends, presentation best practices, and emerging tools Contribute fresh, creative ideas while learning how to design within an established brand system WHAT YOU’LL NEED Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Proficiency in PowerPoint (strong plus if you understand slide masters and template systems) A portfolio showcasing design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, composition) Strong attention to detail and visual consistency Openness to feedback and eagerness to improve Strong time management and ability to work on multiple assignments IT’S GREAT TO HAVE Experience designing presentation templates or brand systems Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools Interest in brand systems, design operations, or marketing Experience working on team-based creative projects (school or internship) WHAT YOU’LL GAIN Real-world experience building and implementing a brand system Portfolio-ready presentation and template work Exposure to cross-functional marketing collaboration Mentorship and feedback from experienced marketing leaders Insight into how design supports growth in a global SaaS company Location : Remote WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: Purpose led company with a Values focused culture – Best Life, One Team, Growth Mindset A fast-growing & fast-paced start-up culture prime for the picking.
