We’re rebuilding healthcare from the ground up and looking for interns to play a critical role in our success. We’ve experienced tremendous growth in the last few years and we’re looking to bring on interns who can embody our company mission and values and be assets to our teams!  This internship program runs for 10 weeks from June 8 to August 14, 2026 and is open to recent graduates and grand students. The internship is remote and has a stipend of $7,500.00 paid in semi-monthly installments.  The Utilization & Growth intern will report to the Senior Manager of Utilization & Growth. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will... * Build and test analytical tools and and reports for common and repeatable Growth team analyses and data * Learn how to use our AI and LLM data analytics engine Hex to build the tools and reports (no experience needed in using Hex) * Analyze patient data and identify opportunities to improve our surgical service lines * Quantify impact of the proposed initiatives and develop a report * Have opportunities to present your findings and recommendations to leaders and teams across our organization.  * Get exposure to managers and leaders with excellence in business acumen * Work with dedicated managers and knowledgeable peer mentors * Network and build relationships within our organization * Participate in all events available to our employees We’re excited about you because… You want to gain experience in a fast-paced digital health startup, and you’re yearning for an opportunity to take your current experience and apply it to a fresh new opportunity that is poised for enormous growth.
