Responsibilities
Support data analysis and validation efforts across financial, operational, and programmatic datasets
Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to inform client decision-making
Perform data reconciliation, cleansing, and integrity checks across large, high-volume datasets
Apply analytical techniques to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
Document workflows, data structures, and standard operating procedures to ensure audit readiness and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Support automation efforts using tools such as Excel, Python, or similar technologies to improve efficiency
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Expected graduation: 2027)
Strong academic performance
Demonstrated experience with data accuracy, record-keeping, and reconciliation in high-volume environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis); familiarity with data tools (e.g., Python, SQL, or Tableau) is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience working with sensitive or regulated data (e.g., financial or health-related information)
Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with process improvement or workflow optimization concepts
Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and stakeholder coordination experience
