Overview Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Location: Remote Employment Type: Full time, 6/12-month contract About the Role We are seeking a proactive, creative, and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate with 1–2 years of industry experience who is eager to expand their practical marketing skills while contributing meaningfully from day one. You’ll work closely with leadership, taking ownership of marketing operations and execution with minimized oversight and gaining valuable mentorship to grow your career. Responsibilities What You’ll Do You’ll support the marketing team and take on key responsibilities that combine execution, administration, and creative input: Marketing Materials & Content Create, review, and refine marketing assets (presentations, collaterals, one-pagers, flyers) in line with brand guidelines Social Media & Content Planning Develop and manage social media calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, X) Draft social content, post schedules, and monitor engagement Research trending topics, audience behaviour, and creative ideas to elevate content performance Administrative & Operational Support Coordinate asset approvals and organize marketing files and resources. Support daily marketing operations including campaign tracking, reporting, and data entry Liaise with internal teams or external vendors as needed to execute deliverables on time Campaign Support & Analysis Assist in executing marketing initiatives and promotions Collect and analyze simple performance metrics to inform future improvements Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 1–2 years of relevant experience through internships, part-time roles, or project work Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks #LI-DW1
