Job Description Summary The Junior Salesforce Administrator Intern supports the administration, upkeep, and ongoing improvement of the organization’s Salesforce environment. Working 20 hours per week, the intern assists senior administrators with user management, data maintenance, system configuration, reporting, and issue troubleshooting. This role is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience with Salesforce while accommodating a part-time schedule, making it ideal for students or early career professionals looking to build foundational CRM and technical administration skills. The internship is expected to start on June 1, 2026, and end by August 21, 2026. Job Description Platform Administration Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and roles. Provide first-level support for Salesforce users, resolving basic issues and escalating when needed. Perform routine data maintenance: imports, updates, deduplication, and validation. Monitor system usage and help ensure adherence to data governance standards. System Configuration Assist with configuring standard objects, custom fields, page layouts, list views, and Lightning pages. Build or update reports and dashboards to support team performance tracking. Help maintain email templates and commonly used communication assets. Automation & Enhancements Assist in creating or updating simple automation (Flows, assignment rules, etc.) under guidance. Participate in testing system changes, new features, or integrations before deployment. Document system updates and maintain basic configuration documentation. Project & Cross Functional Support Help gather requirements for small enhancements or user-requested changes. Assist with preparing enduser training materials, guides, and how to documents. Support onboarding of new Salesforce users through walkthroughs or resource preparation. Data & Reporting Support Run recurring data quality checks and support data cleanup initiatives. Assist in compiling routine reporting packages for internal teams. Help track adoption metrics and suggest opportunities for usability improvements. Professional Development & Team Engagement Complete assigned Salesforce Trailhead modules to advance platform knowledge. Participate in weekly team check-ins or standups to align on priorities. Stay up to date on Salesforce seasonal releases and identify features relevant to the team. Qualifications: Enrolled in Undergraduate or Graduate level Technology related degree Less than 2 years Salesforce experience Active Trailhead account Engaged with Salesforce Community (member of chapter group, attended group meetings, asking/answering questions in Trailhead) Total Rewards at Enterprise: You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing. The base pay for this role is $20 to $24 for undergraduate students and $24-$28 for graduate students, depending on level of skills and experience. The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
