Executive Operations Intern

Overview
The Executive Operations Intern supports the day-to-day coordination of executive, HR, and Accounting workflows at Lender Toolkit. This is a hands-on role designed to give a college student exposure to how a SaaS company runs across functions, while contributing directly to executive productivity, project management, and AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Support executive function coordination across Teamwork (project management) and internal knowledge systems.
Assist with scheduling, task routing, and follow-up on action items from executive meetings.
Partner with HR and Accounting on light-touch operational tasks (data entry, document organization, process documentation).
Learn and apply AI-assisted workflows for task delegation, summarization, and output review.
Document onboarding, tools, and recurring processes as a contributor to LTK's internal knowledge base.
Track time and task progress in Teamwork on a weekly basis.
Schedule & Compensation
Duration: Approximately 3 months (Summer 2026)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Rate: $22.50/hour
Classification: Non-exempt, temporary
