Job Overview As an intern, you will support technical teams and program managers by assisting with client demonstration preparation, managing demo assets, and contributing directly to AI development activities including coding, data handling, and automation workflows. This role offers practical exposure to AI programming, project coordination, and enterprise technology consulting practices. Key Responsibilities Demo Preparation & Technical Support Assist in preparing, testing, and validating client demo environments and AI agent workflows to ensure readiness and successful execution. Organize, catalog, and manage technical demo assets, code repositories, and documentation to support client engagements and internal knowledge sharing. Support briefing sessions by helping gather and share relevant client objectives, technical context, and messaging as directed by supervisors. AI Development & Coding Contribute to AI solution development by supporting coding tasks such as prompt engineering, automation scripting, and prototype development, leveraging creativity and interdisciplinary knowledge. Participate in data-related tasks including collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering that support AI projects. Assist in designing tests, collecting and analyzing user or system data to evaluate AI demo effectiveness and aid iterative improvement. Collaboration & Innovation Collaborate under guidance with technical and sales teams to support alignment on project activities, demo logistics, and client readiness. Apply critical thinking to help improve user experience and interaction design of AI demos and solutions. Contribute fresh, interdisciplinary perspectives to project brainstorming and innovation labs to support novel AI solution approaches. Qualifications Required: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field Basic programming knowledge, preferably Python or similar languages commonly used in AI and automation workflows Authorization to work in the United States (or specify your location) Preferred: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent) Demonstrated interest in AI/ML through coursework, personal projects, or extracurricular activities Desired Skills & Experience Technical Skills: Strong programming fundamentals (preferred: Python) - solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, clean/testable code, async patterns and OOP; ability to prototype and productionize code. Hands‑on experience building AI agents and agentic workflows - building, orchestrating, and debugging agent workflows and automation (examples: LangChain, LangGraph, custom agent code, n8n flows). Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & vector/search pipelines - designing indexing, embedding, retrieval, and prompt/response routing for LLMs and multimodal retrieval. Graph databases & knowledge-graph design - experience modeling, querying, and integrating graph stores (Neo4j/graph-DB concepts, or knowledge-graph approaches) into agent workflows and RAG pipelines. API integration & automation engineering - designing and implementing REST APIs, webhooks, connectors and orchestration for ServiceDesk automation and third‑party systems (including n8n connector development). Familiarity with LLM/AI developer tools and APIs - working knowledge of OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, model selection, prompt engineering and model invocation patterns. Data handling & ML fundamentals - practical use of data libraries (pandas, NumPy), data preprocessing, and basic supervised/unsupervised concepts or feature engineering as applied to agent/ML pipelines. Cloud, deployment and ops basics - exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker), and deployment/monitoring concepts; helpful but not required. Optional / Nice-to-have Experience with workflow orchestration and low-code/no-code automation platforms beyond n8n. Familiarity with CI/CD and testing for AI systems. Knowledge of privacy, safety, or prompt/agent guardrails. Soft Skills & Attributes: Strong problem-solving, creativity, and design thinking skills beneficial for prototyping and agentic coding tasks across technology domains. Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying technical ideas to diverse audiences.
