A Day in the Life As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll support our Digital Marketing and Creative teams with a strong focus on improving website and email user experiences. This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) and open to candidates located in the U.S. or Canada, with preference for those working in the Pacific Time Zone. ARE YOU LOOKING TO… Build real-world experience in UI/UX design for websites and email marketing Learn how user experience, design, and conversion rate optimization work together Support digital advertising, SEO, and content initiatives Gain hands-on experience with modern marketing tools, platforms, and workflows Work cross-functionally with Digital Marketing and Creative teams WHAT YOU’LL DO UI/UX & Conversion Optimization Support website UI/UX enhancements, including page layouts, navigation, content hierarchy, and visual consistency Assist with email UI/UX design, including layout optimization, mobile responsiveness, usability, and accessibility best practices Support website quality assurance (QA) by testing pages, forms, links, layouts, and functionality across browsers and devices to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience Help execute A/B tests and support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives Review user flows, landing pages, and email journeys to identify UX improvement opportunities Collaborate with designers and marketers to document and apply UX best practices Digital Marketing Support Assist with digital advertising initiatives (setup support, QA, reporting, and creative coordination) Support SEO, AEO, and GEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates Help maintain and optimize website content within the CMS Track and organize performance insights from campaigns and experiments Creative & Administrative Support Process and organize photos and video footage Upload and manage assets within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system Assist with basic creative production tasks and asset preparation Provide general administrative support to the Digital Marketing team as needed Team Support Pitch in on additional projects as the team’s needs evolve Collaborate across marketing, creative, and other teams in a fast-paced environment Your Expertise and Skills Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Marketing, Digital Media, UX/UI, Web Design, Communications, or a related field Strong interest in UI/UX design for websites and email marketing Understanding of UX principles such as usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design Familiarity with basic marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, digital ads) is an asset Comfortable working with digital tools (CMS, DAMs, email platforms, analytics tools — experience is a plus, not a requirement) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities Curious, thoughtful, and proactive in problem-solving Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting team members WHY JOIN US?
